Silvia is kind, has good conversations, and always looking to ensure that her customers are content with their haircuts/styles.
Without question, the stylist is very talented and provides a quality haircut…..however….every single time without exception, she engages in lengthy conversations with individuals that are NOT being serviced and are either acquainted or waiting for their time with her. If she wants to engage in conversation, then she should wait until they are sitting in the chair before having lengthy discussions.
