I had a very disappointing experience at Star Hair Salon. I showed the stylist a clear picture of the haircut I wanted, but they completely ignored it and did whatever they felt like. My hair was cut unevenly, and the final result looked nothing like what I asked for. It feels like they didn’t listen at all. I left the salon feeling frustrated and upset, knowing it will take weeks or even months for my hair to grow back and be fixed.
