I came in with my grandma to get her a wax. The layout is confusing and very unwelcoming; speaking of that I was greeted with a “what do you want” as if I was interrupting her and her current client’s conversation. Wouldn’t recommend.

Donna will treat you like one of her own. I absolutely adore her and she does pedicures too. It’s perfect!

Made appointment for cut and perm with Lisa as usual every 3 months. Started and another perm customer came in. She work on mine a little then on the other in between but made me wait til she was nearly done with the other to finish mine. Took 4 hours, Will not go back if this is how she treats regulars now. The perm did turn out good but not worth waiting 4 hours to get it done. Lisa should not have over booked. They are very hard to get in touch with by phone and aren't very friendly any longer.

I needed my hair trimmed. It is very long. She didn't wash or even wet my hair she just started parting and cutting. She never even touched my bangs. I came home and got the scissors and tried to fix it. I won't go back and I will not refer anyone else to go there.
