Any negative review on this company was obviously paid for by another competition and not factual In any way shape or form! The cabin my wife and I rented was absolutely perfect in every way! It was clean and welcoming from stepping through the door along with all the touches of detail to make our stay perfect. Karen and Sylvia were in constant contact to make sure we were beyond comfortable and that the cabin felt like home away from home. Do not recommend staying here. The cabin has typical wear of a airbnb vacation home. Overall very dirty, towels with huge dark stains, lots of dust, and complimentary coffee & creamer was expired and chunky. WiFi/Internet in this area is extremely poor, I understand it is a remote area but other places we stayed didn’t have this issue. The entertainment amenities that would have made the stay fun were not functional during our stay. Home Theatre TV was missing the remote and would not connect to the WiFi. The Smokey Mountain Soulstice is perfect for the whole family! The uniqueness of this cabin is that it is tucked away in Wears Valley, and it is not in a cabin development. You are greeted with a porch that includes a lovely fireplace with enough bench seating to fit the whole family around and then some. Off the entrance porch, in the summer, you can enjoy the relaxing sounds of the water fall. When you step inside you can enjoy the newly updated kitchen that can accommodate any chefs needs.
