This is what happens when capitalism has run amuck and must be heavily regulated. Signing up with Meenan since September 2025 it has been the worst experience dealing with any company in my 71 years. The communication within Meenan is almost nonexistent. There were multiple problems from the start that took months to iron out. Star is buying up family owned home oil companies and Star cares about Spreadsheets and stock prices but not customer service. So very very disappointed to hear they bought Robison Oil in Port Chester Already Robison oil customer services have shown a decline - just simply answering a phone is thrown to non responsive automation. Star is about $$$ not customers.

Star Gas Partners ruined Petro Home Services because it is not a locally owned company that cares about the loyalty of long-time customers. NOW, IT IS ALL ABOUT MONEY not the customers. Sad!!!
