If only it was possible to give 0 stars. We did not organise Star Garage Door - the builder did and cannot be more appalled. We have NEVER had this many issues in 6 months with a garage door. Absolutely no regard for people’s time, makes appointments and never turns up, and you can NEVER get Sam to respond to a phone call or text message. Installed garage doors for me, Bad communication, dodgy workmanship, Tried calling him for 2 months to replace a rail, No answer no reply to messages and then decides to block my number, Con artist STAY AWAY
We have been trying to contact Saut but all attempts have been futile. Its a brand new property (handover done on 23 May 2024) and the garage door has had issues from day one. It is extremely frustrating and we have now reached out to the manufacturer/supplier Vicway for resolution.
