Installed garage doors for me, Bad communication, dodgy workmanship, Tried calling him for 2 months to replace a rail, No answer no reply to messages and then decides to block my number, Con artist STAY AWAY
We have been trying to contact Saut but all attempts have been futile. Its a brand new property (handover done on 23 May 2024) and the garage door has had issues from day one. It is extremely frustrating and we have now reached out to the manufacturer/supplier Vicway for resolution.
Our garage door was installed in May and the top wheel of the door has already fallen off. It has been 2 days since we have been trying your number and there is one answering the call. Absolutely appalling customer service, no reply on emails or on phone , not sure what service is being provided here.
If you want the job done in a timely manner, then stay away as this business does not have respect for people's time. You do not rock up when it suits you and bang on peoples door early in the morning unannounced. We had 2 garage door motors installed, and he only provided 1 remote per motor when it clearly it states 2 remotes per motor on the manuals supplied by the business (2 remotes are always supplied with new garage door motors), when confronted of this he choose to ignore us, he took advantage of hubby's lack of knowl... read more
The garage didn't work open after a month and called them to return many times but they didn't bother! It's appalling
