Had one of the best customer experiences in my life picking up our U-Haul truck. Istvan is one of the sweetest persons I have met and probably will ever meet again. We were extremely tired and frustrated from our long drive and barely made it to this location in time to pick up our rental. He took his time to make sure we had everything we needed, and we were actually smiling and laughing when we left. So comforting to meet people who actually still care about service! Hope to run into him again.
If the world had more people like this gentleman, it would be a much better place!! SO kind and accommodating! He will most definitely be getting all of our future uhaul business!!!
Mr. Istvan is one of , NO the most kindest soul I have ever encountered in a customer service role. He helps you in anyway he can and is very accommodating. Treats you like a brother/sister. I will continue to use him as long as I need a U-Haul.
