Not impressed. First they damage a custom made couch, say we can have a temporary replacement. No we just want our couch! Then say it'll take 4 more months to fix the couch... don't see how that's possible seeing as though the couch only took 6 weeks to make in the first place. Also our sales person or no one offered a discount for the inconvenience. It'll be totaling 6 months on waiting for this couch...
I am having to repair a recliner that is less than 2 years old.
From reading the reviews here, I hope I don't regret it. I got plenty of information on returns, warranties, etc. Da'Vonna was so great, and very helpful. Plus they gave me a 20% off on every item, because I got flooded in April. Got some great prices and very pleased with my selections. The only thing was a couple of the beds won't be delivered when the rest of the furniture gets here on Saturday, but no extra delivery charges.
Please make sure you know about your return policy. I bought a chair for my 90 Mom and the chair was to big for her. I called for a pickup and my sales person said I should of read about the return policy given to me when I left the store. Why can't they disclose this when you will be charged for a 15% restocking fee also I won't get my money back for the extra fee I paid for the power chair. I learned the hard way.
