I brought my car in on Friday, February 6th for an oil change, tire rotation, and to diagnose a loud rattling noise coming from the back passenger side. I was told they found an issue with the CV axle boots but that it likely was not causing the rattle. I was then given the option to leave the car over the weekend so they could drive it and diagnose the noise, which I did, since that was the main reason for my visit. I had an appointment on Saturday 1/24/26 @ 9am and I want to thank Eddie for taking such good care of me and my 2024 White Bronco. I had an oil change. He made me and my baby Chihuahua feel so welcomed and assured me that my car was in good hands. Good customer service is so rare to find now a days! He kept me updated on what was going on and personally let me know when my car was ready. It was such a delight speaking with. Thank You Eddie, I can ALWAYS COUNT ON YOU!
Excellent Service. Service advisor Nelson and Maria Valet driver are both Excellent Couldn’t be any Happier with them both .
