Horrible service experience. I’m still waiting for a call from the service manager or from the dealership GM which I requested a week ago. I guess when you buy a $70,000 car from the dealership and get it serviced there that doesn’t buy you any clout to speak to someone.
Star provided valet service to pick up and return our vehicle which was extremely helpful. Nichole returned calls and followed up promptly. Great experience!
I hate that I have to bring my brand new car to the dealership all the time! It’s under warranty and I have my fingers crossed that it gets fixed every time it goes in! And what I discovered, is that the dealership service center is contracted with Ford and gets paid to fix the vehicles. Each one is different. Every dealership you go into for service, is different.
