Bad customer service. I was really frustrated about, as I was asking questions about the service, they hung up in my face
Been here twice. Different therapist each time. Both were so nice in greeting me at the entrance and making sure eveything was OK during the massage and checking on me after I was dressed to walk me back out.. Very nice. The only concern was the amount of time it took when they go to get a hot towel seemed rather long.
