Great gym in Elizabethton Staff is GREAT. Claude is very nice and helpful, has a huge area to work out, your never on top of anyone else, has cardio stuff, indoor grass field, and track. Freeweights and machines. Cables with just about every attachment you can think of and Dumbells,Tanning, Saunas, What else could you want! If your looking for a gym TRY THIS ONE YOU WONT REGRET IT THEY DO MILITAIRY DISCOUNT 💪
Just started and I love it. Not only a fitness center, it's a gym, which is rare anymore.
