I've known the owners for years and still have the same principle for their gym. Respect the people and respect the equipment. You'll find people of various degrees of fitness here for a good reason. There's no lunk alarms, there's only people here to be better than they were yesterday. The owners know what they're talking about and are more than willing to help you if you ask. Reccomeded for everyone of all levels of fitness.

After a few years’ hiatus from this gym, I’m happy to be back. It has everything I need, and the 24-hour access makes it easy to fit workouts into my schedule. The energy is always great...positive, motivating, and welcoming. The owners are fantastic...genuinely kind, supportive, and committed to creating a great environment for everyone. It’s a place that makes you want to show up and put in the work. Highly recommend!

Everything you need and 24 hours! Couple pieces of equipment could be updated and mens toilet stall could use a better door, but I’m there to workout, not complain!
