All my life I have struggled with various physical limitations. Going to gyms made me feel uncomfortable. I started my training with Shawn after being diagnosed with lesions on my hip joints barely able to walk. He designed a fitness program that gradually strengthened my body and allowed me to walk without a limp within our first month together. With his expert knowledge and encouragement, I have advanced far beyond my expectations. He is an incredible person and an excellent trainer. I am excited and look forward to our ongoing training sessions.

Shawn provides efficient, safe and personal work outs. Three members of my family with varying fitness levels and goals train with him weekly. Over the past 9 months I have gained core strength and stability which bas lead to improved balance and posture. Shawn is also has sound advice on cardiovascular fitness and sports nutrition.

Shawn is an amazing fitness expert. He develops a fitness routine that is personalized just for you. He is patient and knowledgable about all things fitness and health. I highly recommend Star Fitness for everyone from the couch potato wanting to get in shape to the trained athlete. Star Fitness's motto, "where exercise is an attitude", really shows in everything they do.
