What a beautiful, family-friendly community! The amenities rival those at any resort. The floor-plans in the homes make for easy living, so there is more time to enjoy the FL lifestyle. Be sure to see Kirk W. at the sales center. He is friendly and thorough, and spends a lot of time finding the best property for your needs.
Kirk Weingarten has been a pleasure to work with. He has gone above and beyond to help our family find a home that checks all of the boxes (plus some that weren’t even on the paper). To close, Kirk was super accommodating with answering our questions even after hours. Not many people exist like him anymore. After considering WestBay, Pulte, and DR Horton, we decided on DR Horton as our new home and we look forward to be apart of the Star Farms community.
Don’t move to Star Farms in FL. Our house is very poor quality and took many months just to address issues that were present prior to closing. Roof issues, broken floor, damaged carpet, crooked walls, water heater doesn’t work, plumbing issues, code violations, etc. We were manipulated into closing before the house was ready and had to be in a rental for an extended time. The community is beautiful but I would not recommend moving here due to the poor management. The management lies about the quality and services they provide and once you move in they ignore all concerns and issues the residents have. Many residents have had issues with the management rudely dismissing them and or giving them false information. The security here is terrible and despite real concerns and issues, the management refuses to resolve any problems.
