Beware of what you are getting into with "lawn care". We moved hoping this would be our dream home only to be horrified when we witnessed a tractor with a vat spraying pesticides up to the very front of our lanai. Our dog got deathly ill from the start and threw up all over our new carpets from ingesting the insecticides. We recently closed on a DR Horton home in Star Farms with John Kenna and the experience was flawless! He was incredibly responsive, up to date on any information we needed, and dedicated to making sure the process from picking the home until close was as smooth as possible. Even after closing John followed up to personally make sure the few very minor fixes were taken care of! This is the third home we have purchased and by far the smoothest experience thanks to John. Can’t recommend him enough!
