He was incredibly responsive, up to date on any information we needed, and dedicated to making sure the process from picking the home until close was as smooth as possible. Even after closing John followed up to personally make sure the few very minor fixes were taken care of! This is the third home we have purchased and by far the smoothest experience thanks to John. Can’t recommend him enough!
