I understand that our health care system is complex and that it cannot be defined by the experience of a single clinic. I also recognize that the system as a whole is significantly overburdened. That said, I am increasingly frustrated by my inability—and my family’s inability—to access our assigned family physician. My entire family is rostered with this doctor, yet he is rarely available. Amazing team of Doctor’s, impossible to get past reception
Doctors there are great but staff can’t even answer the phone for a simple question, then put you on hold for over 30 hoping you “go away”, and to top it off they stop answering phones at 3:30pm so placing if you’re on hold till then they don’t have answer in the end. Disgusting. If I could they would be negative five stars.
A wonderful team of Dr.'s and other professionals. Some new staff right now bit they are all very kind and try their best to help you or point you in the right direction. My GP is amazing and goes she goes above & beyond to to help you. She is passionate about helping her patients.
