Doctors there are great but staff can’t even answer the phone for a simple question, then put you on hold for over 30 hoping you “go away”, and to top it off they stop answering phones at 3:30pm so placing if you’re on hold till then they don’t have answer in the end. Disgusting. If I could they would be negative five stars.
A wonderful team of Dr.'s and other professionals. Some new staff right now bit they are all very kind and try their best to help you or point you in the right direction. My GP is amazing and goes she goes above & beyond to to help you. She is passionate about helping her patients.

I've received better customer service from the McDonalds in the bad part of town. The administrative staff are consistently incompetent and unprofessional when asked to perform even basic functions. My brother was suppose to be grandfathered in, as the rest of my family was, when Dr. Edwards retired but instead they "lost his medical files" and then insisted that he therefore wasn't a client at all. If you're desperate for a family doctor, you'd be better off flying to Kenya and paying a witch doctor than dealing with this "... read more
Dr Matusinec is incredible. Went in with severe vertigo today and he really helped. He takes so much time with each patient and is so kind and empathetic.
