Completely lacking empathy, will not accomodate disabilities, has no competency in women's midlife health, not trauma-competent, not neurodivergent infomed.
They told me they don't have any openings for same day. Then told me they do not book appointments in advance. I am to call back every morning in hope I will win the "lottery" that day to see a Dr., at a random specific time. lol. Great system. They suggested I go to the ER.
Very poor reception, takes 30 minutes plus waiting on the phone to make an appointment.
I understand that our health care system is complex and that it cannot be defined by the experience of a single clinic. I also recognize that the system as a whole is significantly overburdened. That said, I am increasingly frustrated by my inability—and my family’s inability—to access our assigned family physician. My entire family is rostered with this doctor, yet he is rarely available.
