Very friendly and helpful at initial appointment. My mother and I were very pleased. But we were never notified once the glasses arrived. When I called, I discovered they had come in. I was surprised and I asked when they came in, I was told, “I am one person, doing the work of many. I don’t have time to be concerned about those details.”
Been going there for several years now .. myself and kids. The staff is stellar professional and personable. Highly recommend

Was encouraged to get a tint on my lens,after wearing them for a few months,I realized that I didn't like the tint,went to get it removed, was told that I would have to purchase new lenses, I did that,it took almost a month,called about it, then they were ready in a couple days(I found that strange).got new lenses that was not polished, when asked about it I was told that I need to pay an additional fee for that.
