Had the pleasure of working with Dylan as our contractor. We were using a different company but the claim got denied by the insurance adjuster. I explained the story to Dylan and he promised he would make it work out. So I switched to Star and Dylan was able to make it happen! Super kind, very responsive and made everything stress free. I threw a few curve balls at him but he never wavered. Very trustworthy company, they are not out there to scam your insurance. Very honest in what you need and what you can get.

Please be advised, I am at a loss of words. I personally read any company review before I tent to do business with them. In this case I was approached by Jare the sell rep of the company. Nice guy and all but I have been burned by this company. For one remember to NOT allow a roof company to work right before winter because you won't have time to review their work until it's too late.
