As a member and also a spending customer, I would expect better customer service especially from your manager Destiny. Destiny is unprofessional and very rude! Please do better! There is a lot of other car washes where people can spend their money without being treated like crap. I also was asking a question and the worker literally ignored me and flung water off the brush all over me because he wasn't paying attention and rushing me through. Terrible service. I went through and the guy that sold me the one time car wash was very rude and super rushed. Then when I went through the wash, the employee was very rough with the tool they use to wash your windshield and hit my windshield HARD. Got a membership elsewhere!
