Great place to get repairs and soldering components
I took my husband's working iphone 6S in to the round rock outlet location on 11.5.17 because the charging port was finicky. They said they would perform work in 30 minutes, took over 2 hours. When I got the phone back the display screen was damaged under glass and the thumbprint recognition did not work and the earpiece stopped working. Slogan should be "break your phone while you shop" Obviously these guys aren't buying us a new iphone.
I have a Samsung S6. The battery is enclosed. Sprint wanted 75 bucks just to tell me the battery is dead, then they wanted $350 more to send it off for repair! Worse yet Sprint's policy is to WIPE the memory of EVERY phone they send for repairs! Star Electronics replaced the battery while we went to lunch, ALL for just around $80 after tax. And our data is in tact! Thank you Star Electronics!
