I wanted to let everyone know of a horrible and unprofessional experience I had with Star Electric in Taylorville, Illinois...and this happened after service. A big storm went through my town, knocking down trees causing them to fall on powerlines, resulting in much damage that needed repaired. A neighbor's tree fell in our alley, pulling down the power line, which pulled the power line connection from our home.
