IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SMH! YELLING AND HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS WHATSOEVER. BOTH THE WOMEN THAT ANSWER THE CALLS TO TAKE ORDERS WERE BOTH RUDE AND WOULD TALK OVER ME WHEN TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO THEM. NOT TO MENTION RICE WAS OVERCOOKED AND UNTASTY, BY FAR THE WORST CHINESE RICE ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE EVER TRIED. WE WERE CUSTOMERS FOR 10+ YEARS WHEN WE LIVED IN CHICAGO BUT AFTWR REALIZING THEIR NEW OWNERS NEVER COMING BACK! THEY LOST A CUSTOMER.
Ordered dinner for delivery over $50. Didnt let me know that they had no grubhub delivery until time it was supposed to be delivered.
Not the greatest by a long run.. they're crab Rangoons are good though
Lady had horrible customer service couldn’t take out an item from my order and was making me pay for it after telling her I didn’t want it
Bad service, the woman was so rude telling me what to eat and not to eat because it was extra. as if I wasn't going to pay for it 🙎🏻♂️🙎🏻♂️🙎🏻♂️
