Rude service miscommunication, they never answer the phone.
Called multiple times no answer. I show up for random to find out it’s appointment only.
I am self pay.. and have to pay 60 bucks every time I'm supposed to visit my daughter. Star emails the results to my daughters adoptive parents.. usually... today they did not.. and my visit / HER 4TH BIRTHDAY PARTY I HAVE BEEN PLANNING FOR MONTHS( WHICH INCLUDED FAMILY FROM OUT OF TOWN) 100% DEPENDED ON THOSE RESULTS BEING SENT TO THEM TODSY...
