This shop is a rip off!!! I sent my daughter on August 22nd 2016 to get her hair done for back to school and left her with my credit card. They charged my card twice and failed to give her a receipt or tell her hat they were charging for her hair. After looking at my credit card statement online I saw they charged me 100.00 dollars and 1100.04 dollars on my card. After contacting the shop they stated the owner would call me. Rude, Nasty, Mean, Inconsiderate, Just overall Unprofessional! They are lazy and don't care about how you feel. You can be uncomfortable or even in pain and they won't even try to help you out! I try to explain my head was burning, I mean SCORCHING and she didn't care. They don't even do a great job in my opinion. Don't waste you time. Go to Reflexion Dominican Salon on Martin Luther KIng or better yet, Sintia's Dominican Salon on Landover Rd.
