Once companies are taken over by this place it goes downhill… I will not recommend any dentist office that is partnered with Star dental going forward.
Spoke to Rob at Star Dental Partners; their idea of a “partnership” is taking all of the ownership and control. Would never sign a deal with them
I have been utilizing Hill Dental Clinic in Allen, Texas, and its predecessor, Dr. Williams, for decades. Dr. Williams was a wonderful doctor and took care of me for over ten years. Dr. Hill succeeded him and was not bad, but the costs at Hill Dental Clinic began to increase. If there were negative stars I would give this company just that. Star dental is your typical DSO company that takes over nice family owned practices , and turns them into prophy mills. I worked for a great office , everyone got along great , Star dental came in and changed all that. They literally rob you of your soul. We went from everyone enjoying work to dreading coming in , in less than a year.
