RecommendedGreat communication with customer service and delivery folks prior to arrival date. They delivered a 400 lb sofa up 3 flights of stairs with just 2 men and no complaint. Their white glove service was as good as it gets and all accomplished with a friendly and professional attitude. I highly recommend Sun Delivery!
Both service and communication were excellent. The call prior to delivery was less than 30 minutes before they arrived. The personnel making delivery were professional in all regards.

Impeccable service from scheduling through delivery. Have had several (7) deliveries for purchases from Neiman Marcus/Horchow. Every scheduler and every delivery team has been very hospitable, proficient in the processes....so respectful and careful with their delivery techniques. Completely professional. I was very pleased with the service. They were very careful, excellent cleanup and friendly. They called a half hour before coming and came on scheduled day and time.
I would give 7 stars to Sun Delivery service, they are very professional and polite. The delivery team was excellent and they were on time. I have white carpet ant request them to take their shoes off and they did with smile.
