I had a very disappointing experience with Star Cycle. I left two messages asking for the owner to call me back so I could discuss an RWC, but I never received a call. On top of that, the lady at the desk was extremely rude when I tried to follow up. Very unprofessional and poor customer service — I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore. Very arrogant.
Extremely dishonest. DO NOT GO HERE. Don’t know how to diagnose issues, do things without your consent and not in accordance with the law than charges you heavily.
Not trustworthy...there is one guy who treats you like it's his bike and you are just borrowing it...always charge for extras to pull more cash out from customer pockets like it's the last job they gonna get..
