Overall, this was an average to below-average experience. I pre-booked my bike before Christmas, with the first available appointment in the first week of January. The bike ended up being there for three weeks, and when I called about a week and a half in, I was told work hadn’t even started yet. Unfortunately, the bike was scratched during the process. Had what I needed, really nice staff
Went to them for a RWC cos they were the closest to my place. I don't wish to go into details but I was glad that I didn't have to go there again after passing the inspection the second time. Strange experience overall. They weren't awful but they weren't great either. 2 and a half stars.
