I need a little help on a stove he sold. Simple question. I've called multiple times and left a voicemail, Facebook messages, emails and website messages. No answer. Terrible customer service.
Nick Schmitz was amazing.. He definitely knows all about his stoves. He was great to work with, responds quickly to your questions. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in getting a wood stove. 5 stars isn't nearly enough, he's absolutely fantastic.. and if you're looking to cut your heating bill in half contact Nick at Ohio Coal.
My husband goes and gets coal and stove parts here all the time. Really nice guy and professional. Extremely recommended for others. He is very helpful.
