We had an outstanding experience with Star. Phil and the team were exceptional from start to finish. I submitted a very detailed RFP (photos, notes, everything!) because this was a big investment for our family, and Phil was completely receptive. I never felt judged for being too intense/Type A. Great company easy to work with, built a new deck and renovated the exterior of my house.
The owner was actually nasty to me because I asked a few questions that were legitimate ones . There was no reason for him to treat me the way he did and I’d be happy to list a email he sent me which was horrible to anyone who is thinking about dealing with him .
