The transport division is always hard to get through to. The drivers great. However, I was due to get to my appointment today by 230pm. The car was supposed to pick me up by 1.41pm. It didn't show. I had to ring the main Star number to get through and was then offered transport pickup at approximately 210pm which wouldn't have got me to my urgent appointment in time. My Mum uses Star Community Transport services and she speaks very highly of their level of service and care. She has nothing but good things to say about them.
