I have been waiting 16 minutes in the heat for my transport. They sent a taxi and did not inform me. I sent the taxi away. Contacted Star they told me they sent the cab, so had to wait for second can, making my monthly day out shorter. Just need to txt message to say sending taxi. Had taxi driver under instruction but got Here in the end
We work with Star as an Allied Health provider, Star have always been great to work with, I would recommend them to consumers & other service providers.
Not sure what their services are like, however almost got run off the highway by one of their drivers. Called to inquire about it and got ignored.
Have been impressed by the friendly staff on the booking line and the helpfulnessof drivers who I have been with.
I go on the charter most times, the Driver Ruddy, and companions, Caroline and Dee, are an absolute delight, nothing is too much trouble. Also Sue at Friday excercise clas. Also drivers that take us on visits are very kind and make sure we are belted up and can get in and out of the car.
