Dropped my car off for brake replacement and discs and mot. Quoted £400 and you will have the car back 2 days later ? I called on the 3rd day and just got excuses ? Same 2 days later ? 7 days passed and i just fetch the car back ? It had never been on the ramp for inspection ? Booked another mecanic the next morning and job done same day. Only needed brake pads ???? Don't trust this garage.
AVOID!!! Car broke down. Had the AA come out and diagnose it with faulty injector number 4 (see photos). Star clutches had the car for a total of 36 days. Told me it was being worked on when it wasn't. They then decided to take it upon themselves to take it to another garage, refused to tell me where my car was (friend driving back from work saw it) Eventually got my car back as a non runner. Had my clutch and flywheel done here..car never made it home had to have it recovered and taken back to then not have my car back for over 2 weeks later finally got my car back with nocks and bups coming from under neath I took to another mechanic wich told me he sent the car back to me in a dangerous condition with Nutts apparently been cross-fred and even some bolts missing from the subframe to the chassis also he cross Fred the bolt on bottom of the steering rack was cross Fred and barley on. Would not recommend in anyway shape or form, Lovely fellas to talk to. Taken my vehicle in for an original issue, they've "fixed" that issue which has caused and lead to another issue, taken it in to fix that issue left with what is essentially now an unsafe car! Which I now have to take to yet another garage to try and fix these issues that they've caused. Have a 2 year guarantee on the parts they've replaced, why would i want to take it back after this?
