I have been going to Star cleaners since 2016 at their old location and now new location! These are by far my favorite people to go to. I trust them to get stains out, fix any material that's needed fixing. They are hands down one of the best places to go. I highly recommend Star Cleaners as the #1 place to go in Charlotte!!!!

Have been going here for 2 years and have never had any issues at all. Comrad the owner, is always very friendly and polite and cares about the work he does. Also nice that there is free water bottles for customers. People really only leave reviews for a bad experience and not good ones which I don’t think is fair to the business.

Got here at 7:06 on Thursday when clearly listed they open at 7 to get clothes in before work…no one is here.

When I went to collect items I had dropped they couldn’t find a dress so I assumed I had donated it or misplaced it. I got a text almost a year later to please come get my dress. When I picked up the dress there was a still a stain and it was ripped. Didn’t enjoy the service will not be back.
