Mr. Lee is great
When I went to collect items I had dropped they couldn’t find a dress so I assumed I had donated it or misplaced it. I got a text almost a year later to please come get my dress. When I picked up the dress there was a still a stain and it was ripped. Didn’t enjoy the service will not be back.
I have been going to Star cleaners since 2016 at their old location and now new location! These are by far my favorite people to go to. I trust them to get stains out, fix any material that's needed fixing. They are hands down one of the best places to go. I highly recommend Star Cleaners as the #1 place to go in Charlotte 👍
Star Cleaner Review I had a very disappointing experience with Star Cleaner. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, which makes this situation even more upsetting. When I picked up my items, I inspected them at the counter to ensure they met my standards.
