Star Cleaner Review I had a very disappointing experience with Star Cleaner. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, which makes this situation even more upsetting. When I picked up my items, I inspected them at the counter to ensure they met my standards. During that inspection, I noticed a hole in one of my sweaters and immediately brought it to the clerk/owner attention. He instantly accused me of bringing the sweater in with the hole already there. Got some expensive designer t shirts cleaned, not my usual go to spot was in town for work. They used Bobby pins on the front and left 2 holes in below the neck line, didn’t clean a stain from the shoulder my other spot would have gotten out no problem. Definitely won’t go back, the holes in the shirt is what did it for me.
If I could give zero stars I would. They completely ruined a dress I dropped off. It came back with large black stains on it and a flower embellishment was completely crushed. They also threw out the extra flower the dress came with so could not fix it. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told I could not and he is on vacation. I would suggest taking your dry cleaning anywhere but here.
Great service! Been coming here since 2013. I always get the best service in person when I can show exactly what I need. Fair pricing, fast service, and good hours
