If I could give zero stars I would. They completely ruined a dress I dropped off. It came back with large black stains on it and a flower embellishment was completely crushed. They also threw out the extra flower the dress came with so could not fix it. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told I could not and he is on vacation. I would suggest taking your dry cleaning anywhere but here.

I brought three cotton dress shirts here to launder/starch. The bill was almost $23 ... for three shirts. I mean, seriously? The owner said because they were "pilot shirts" they needed special attention. No, they really dont. I have been a pilot for 26 years and have never paid over $3.50 for a shirt. This guy clearly over charges.

Left a dress here Sunday 4/13 and was told to pick it up Tuesday 4/15. Did not receive it until Wednesday 4/23 and was still dirty with stains. This was my second shot here because they ruined my linen blazer in the past as well. Will not be return and save your clothes and go 2 miles down the street.
