RecommendedHave used them EXTENSIVELY for almost 10 years and I am VERY demanding about service levels. These guys are superb. Not a single issue!
First and last time that I will use their services. I took two dresses and 1 of them had some sort of stain all along the bottom and the material was stretched. When I brought it to their attention the employee was very kind and would pass the complaint to the owner. The owner later contacted me and was very defensive and argumentative. Repetitively stating that they weren't responsible for the damage. He gave me refund for the dry cleaning on the dress but it can't be replaced.
