I have been using this cleaner for a couple of years. Clothes cleaned well, and great customer service. I have even had some alterations and mending done that have been great!
They do a pretty good job.

Poor customer service. Couldn't get her to wash nor dry clean a mattress pad. She kept picking at the backing with her nails and speaking in one word sentences -- wash, clean, dry, tear .. pick pick pick. Instructions clearly said could be washed in a washing machine. Took it to laundrymat in Manassas and washed it myself. I guess they don't need the money!
I've been using this dry cleaners since its existence, and never had a problem until I got my pants hemmed, and returned them due to them being too long. She corrected one pair at no charge, but told me that the other 2 pair was my fault. Poor customer service. I will not be going back.
