I went in for a dress zipper that was getting stuck on the track. After getting it back for what they wrote was a "minor repair", the zipper itself came clean off - it looks like there was maybe some incision made? I tried to gently pull on the remainder of the zipper to see if it will go down the track if I were to replace the zipper head, and it is now even more stuck than before. It would have been better off had I not gone in for the repair at all.

Don’t get anything tailored here!! I took a pair of men’s slacks in to be hemmed. When I picked them up, they looked awful; stitching was uneven and bunched up. I complained and was told they’d redo. When I picked them up a few days later, they weren’t any better. When I complained, the girl at the desk just shrugged and offered me my money back, which I accepted. Awful! Ruined my coat. Craftsman ship is clearly lacking. Will not tailor clothes there again.
