Recently we bought a used car from Sam. He was nice enough but the next day heading home to Prince George we started experiencing an issue with the heater motor. The first week we had the car we had a few more problems. These issues we felt should have been covered by the in house 30 day warranty. Sam told us the warranty would only cover transmission and engine and the car would have to be brought back to his dealership. We have fixed the issues on our dollar. Highly recommend Sam and Star City Motors. What a great buying experience, car is great and we are still in touch regarding a couple of minor issues that Sam is looking to resolve.
Sam was excellent and a great help. We live in Ontario and bought the car from Sam in Vancouver, so he made everything go smoothly and on time. All our answers were responded promptly and we even had a video conference were the car was shown in detail! Highly recommended.
I came to this dealership looking for a used vehicle and had an amazing experience with Sam. Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle here, Sam was amazing, and I appreciated his knowledge and low pressure sales. He even offered to deliver my vehicle. I would definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.
