Great experience with Sam at Star City Motors. Very honest, transparent, and knowledgeable. Everything was clearly explained, no pressure at all, and the overall service was excellent from start to finish. You can tell he actually cares about doing things properly and making sure customers understand their options. Highly recommend if you’re looking for straightforward, professional service.
My husband and I recently bought a used vehicle from this car dealership, and couldn't be happier. This business has a A+ rating with the BBB and lived up to the rating. The owner Sam, was very respectful and was not at all pushy. We told him what we were looking for and directed us to a few vehicles to look at. After looking at 4 vehicles, we knocked it down to 2, did test drives, and finally decided on a 2020 GMC Terrain AWD with 4x4. I rarely leave written reviews, but this one is worth it. Sam at Star City in New West was just great to work with. No pressuring, polite, informed, professional. And the price of our Rav4 was extremely competitive - a great deal. Glad to have found them. Have already suggested Star City to others looking to buy a car.
