This was my first time visiting and I'm glad I took the chance. The staff was very kind and helpful. There was a problem finding my insurance because I didn't have my card, but the ladies at the desk were patient and took the time to try several different methods to look up my information. Thankfully they found it and I was able to go ahead with my appointment. The appointment itself took a long time. The staff was very nice and efficient. I liked the Doctor I saw. The only thing I see that needs changing is when a out of pocket expense is incurred then a receipt should be given.

I would give a zero if I could. Had an appointment in January that was made in advance. Received a letter and an email reminding me of my appointment. I took the afternoon to go to the appointment. When I get there the door is locked and the eyeglass showroom tells me that they closed a month ago and tried to contact customers. What a huge inconvenience especially since I live 30 minutes away. What a disappointment! I specifically chose Lenscrafters due to reputation and reliability. I was wrong.
