I don’t know Karen personally as I live in a different city so only order online but even just having the small interactions we do it’s obvious how much she cares about her customers! My items alway arrive fast and are always great quality! She keeps me updated on when the package was shipped and the shipping number! I wish more stores cared about their customers the way she does!
