I needed a custom built case for shipping a TV between trade shows. Called Star Case and spoke with Christine and told her I needed a case within several days. She said give her an hour and she'd get back to me. Well, she got back within 30 mins and said they could do it, and price was unbelievable compared to other road case manufacturers. Absolutely love this rack frame. The exclusive corners are awesome! Had it since 2016 and still perfect. Customer service is also top notch. I misplaced a couple screws in a move and they were so quick to help! Thank you!! Highly recommended!!!!
