On Saturday, February 21, I had my truck washed ($109 at Star Polish). It took them two and a half hours to wash it, and they did a terrible job. They didn't vacuum it properly, as you can see in the photos, they left wash marks everywhere, and they only did a superficial cleaning. Terrible service. I regret trusting them.
Been going here for many years. The guys are super helpful. My car recently broke down while at the car wash and they went above and beyond to help me. I was on my own so was very grateful of the help. They let me sit in the aircon and arranged RACQ etc for me. Great customer service, well done guys.
Do not recommend!!! 0 stars if I could! I paid for $109 package. An extra $20 for a clean of my custom mats so $130+ after their card surcharge. What a waste of money! I have a brand new 2024 model car that just needed a vacuum, minimal dust and wipe down inside and the outside cleaned. I found all the sand and dust blown into the car all in the crevices and underneath the seats and all into the boot where my far-back seat head rests are placed. Absolutely fantastic, booked on line super easy. Dropped my neglected vehicle off had a brief chat, returned at the designated time to a car that looked and smelled brand new. The effort they go to in the heat is amazing, I’ve been using this service for years and I have never been disappointed
