Absolutely fantastic, booked on line super easy. Dropped my neglected vehicle off had a brief chat, returned at the designated time to a car that looked and smelled brand new. The effort they go to in the heat is amazing, I’ve been using this service for years and I have never been disappointed

I recently bought a Mazda and the very first thing I wanted to do was give it a proper wash and full interior detailing. I chose North Lakes Star Car Wash and selected their highest package, priced at $300, expecting professional detailing. I took before photos prior to the service. Really bad customer experience. No attention to detail. Star are more worried about selling up of services when you just want a wash and clean done right. Even that was way below par compared to the likes of hoppys, and other places where ill drive further for the right service and right quality. Youve lost me. And dont go here. Its a rip off.
Paid $304 for a “full interior detail,” and honestly… I think my car came back with emotional damage. Owner promised the whole inside would be done — seats, dusting, under the seat covers — basically the car spa treatment. What I got was… a light rinse and a prayer. There are still scuff marks, dust everywhere, and under the seat looks like a museum exhibit called “Things You Lost in 2019.” Like, if I paid $100, sure — I’d shrug, go home, and finish the job myself like a disappointed parent.
