were not able to clean my car from the outside and told me after that he said that before. 70$ for cleaning nothing even fingerprints were still on. tried to explain that i need a 200 $ polish
So we sent 2 cars to the two star washes in northlakes and here is the scam. Both vehicles were quite new, both went in for the deluxe wash at 99 dollars , both times the two sites say , " the carpets need an extra detail and an extra $50.. They spray oil everywhere in the car to cover any dirt... avoid these scamjers at all cost , just awful ... and the carpets were dirtier that when I left the vehicle
Took the the small 2 dr Ute there this morning for a basic clean and they tried to charge me $130 and could do it straight away because there were no customers. when I pointed out it’s only $75on there sign for a small SUV and there’s less to clean in a Ute they said they can doit but don’t have time today now, even tho there was only 1 car there. Terrible customer service and distrustful.

Would give less if I could. Booked online for a a simple in and out clean, male employee who came out was overly aggressive and rude, instantly stating it would be an additional $25 on top of the amount I had prepaid in order to book the timeslot. When asked to explain why, was unable to articulate exact reason, then went on to state it would take an additonal 60 minutes, compared to the timeframe told online when booking.
