Don't ship with Star Caribbean. Pay the extra money and use a more reputable agency. I paid them to ship goods to St. Lucia over a month ago when they shipment got to St. Lucia Roger never paid for it, so local customs will not release it without payment. The customer service in the office is very poor and Roger who is the owner/manager, is a fraud he had been saying everyday he is going to the bank to pay for the shipment and never does. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.. Do not use this company! Beware you will have issues!!! They lie about delivery options, they are unorganized and communication is THE WORSE! Roger lied to us- he said it could get shipped to my residence but instead I have to drive 2.5 hours to go pick it up. It arrived a week late to a facility that would not release it to me until they spoke to Star Caribbean- that took over a week. If you are shipping a container DO NOT USE THEM. First off the container arrived as planned. However, it was not packed properly. Multiple items arrived damaged and broken. I had reported the damaged items to the broker who was supposed to be addressing the matter. When I was not getting anyway with them I contacted Star Caribbean. At first Roger was sympathetic and he told me he would report the matter to the insurance. You see, my container was supposedly covered by insurance.
