I posted a barrel over two months ago and my family can't recieved it as yet, every time you call you are lucky if someone answers the phone and when it is answered lies, lies coming out of their mouth
DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY!!! I wish I could have given ZERO stars, they only got one because that is the only way of writing this review. Before I start if anyone has shipped with this company in the last 4 months, maybe we should connect and take legal action against this company. I have used them since 2008 with no delays or problems but recently there was an internal split and the customers were never informed. It’s going in 5 weeks since star Caribbean shipping haven’t paid freight for goods that was shipped into St.Vincent and the Grenadines. The goods are just sitting at the port, can’t be clear because the money has to be paid. Why take peoples money eh if you can’t produce a service. If the company is going down why not tell people instead of taking people’s stuff and have them sitting at the port. Star Caribbean is very bad for business please do not ship with them or you will be crying.
GOING ON 4 WEEKS PLUS AT PORT OF ENTRY WHERE CARGOS ARE RECEIVED IN COUNTRIES THIS AGENCY CATERS TO, PEOPLE ARE NOT ABLE TO GET THEIR CARGO(S). NO COMMUNICATION FROM MANAGEMENT AND NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE.
I wish I could give zero stars. After multiple attempts to reach them, I was repeatedly placed on hold and then disconnected without any resolution. The customer service representatives seemed inexperienced and lacked professionalism. Based on my experience, I find it hard to believe the few positive reviews are genuine, especially when the majority are negative. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable service.
