DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would give -10 stars if I could. This is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. My husband and I shipped a box to Saint Lucia in September, paid every fee upfront, and were promised delivery in two weeks. It is now November, and guess what? NO PACKAGE. After calling back and forth, we were told that Star Caribbean didn’t pay the port fees, so our package is being held. DO NOT ship with star caribbean. It was the worst decision I've ever made. They picked up my parcel in mid AUGUST of 2025, I never got my parcel till OCTOBER 30th 2025. A worker there by the name of Mcfee was extremely rude to me every time I would call asking for updates about my item. An apology was never issued. Do not ship with these people.
I posted a barrel over two months ago and my family can't recieved it as yet, every time you call you are lucky if someone answers the phone and when it is answered lies, lies coming out of their mouth

It’s going in 5 weeks since star Caribbean shipping haven’t paid freight for goods that was shipped into St.Vincent and the Grenadines. The goods are just sitting at the port, can’t be clear because the money has to be paid. Why take peoples money eh if you can’t produce a service. If the company is going down why not tell people instead of taking people’s stuff and have them sitting at the port. Star Caribbean is very bad for business please do not ship with them or you will be crying.
