Paid $242.64 for a small car 'Full Detail' assuming this would be similar to other car detailing places id been too. Dropped car off at 9am Friday, told them to take their time with it. Received a message saying its ready, and picked it up at 1pm. All inside windows wet, all carpets and seats wet, all flooring and mats wet. In the middle of winter, having a wet interior is a great way to get a moldy car. Was told to 'turn the heater on' which when everything is that wet did nothing. Very disappointing service. I paid $280 for a detailing job, yet I had to keep pointing out dirty spots and telling them, “this area is dirty, that area is dirty.” A professional detailer should know their job without the customer having to inspect and direct them every step of the way. I even wiped some areas with cleaning wipes while I was there, and they came back black with dirt. I asked them to redo it, but the overall result was still poor.
