Booked my car in on their website for the Star Polish. I arrived about 30 minutes early for my appointment time and the Star Car Wash Team greeted me, confirmed my appointment details and happily took my car in for cleaning. I was advised it would be a couple of hours and true to their word it was done within that timeframe. They sent me a text message advising me it was ready for pick up. Checked the car over, no issues, great work and happy with the result. Thanks Team!

I booked and paid for a Premium Wash online before I arrived. When I got there, I was told my car was “too dirty” and I’d have to pay an extra $20. That already made no sense to me. The whole point of going to a car wash is because your car is dirty. If a dirty car costs extra, that should be made crystal clear when people book, not sprung on them after they arrive.
