Took my new car for a car wash and this was the end result if I could give 0 stars I would. My Car has 2 grand worth of damage would highly recommend staying away from this company!!!! The managment has said that black cars always go like this and will polish over the car. Beyond disappointed as it's going through my insurance now as they are not responding.
I visited yesterday but got Very disappointed. They charged me $129 but the service was not even $29 dollars. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. They even don't care about reviews. l don't think they have any concerns with the quality. Quality service is far behind from them so don't waste money.
Booked my car in on their website for the Star Polish. I arrived about 30 minutes early for my appointment time and the Star Car Wash Team greeted me, confirmed my appointment details and happily took my car in for cleaning. I was advised it would be a couple of hours and true to their word it was done within that timeframe. They sent me a text message advising me it was ready for pick up. Checked the car over, no issues, great work and happy with the result. Thanks Team!
Don't waste your time and money here. I paid $110 as recommended by them still they didn’t do good work. I have a new car and it was left dirty from inside asked them to clean it twice still left half of things. Shit service.
