My car is still dirty and when I asked him why he said it’s not a detailed job it’s just a wash. Well I am not paying for a detail of course I’m paying for a wash but when I pay for a wash I really want a wash. You only wet the tyres with water to make them look like they were sprayed with armour roll but it was water as it dried up really quickly. No, you won’t see me again and no, I won’t go back
I payed just under 200$ for a premium wash and leather fixing for my sedan. To be kind I had pulled all my stuff out of the car prior to going as I thought it would make it easier for them and take less time for them to take out which would mean more time on the cleaning. The vacuuming job is absolutely appalling. I still have dirt under both of my front seats and under the floormat of my front seats. I called Star Carwash on a Saturday and requested a full detail on my 8 seater KIA carnival. I was impressed with the level of customer service, friendliness and flexibility. It took 2 hrs and I went shopping in Westfields. When I picked my car up, I was surprised with the result of the exterior and the marks on the seats inside. Just waiting for seats to dry… Thank you for your last minute service. Very grateful & happy.
