I recently had a very disappointing experience at Star Car Wash Innaloo. I paid $230 for a full inside and outside clean, including leather seat cleaning, but the job was done very poorly. The car doors were not properly cleaned, and all the glass surfaces had visible water marks. When I pointed this out, the staff told me the marks were permanent—but I was able to scrub them off myself in just two minutes right in front of them.
