Steer clear, especially if your female. They scammed my partner and treated her like she was stupid. Refused to give her keys back unless the bill was paid. Gave her a price and then said another when it comes time to pay the bill. Then tried to offer a discount for cash. Do not use this company. Head office don't care either.
3 hour wait in both Geelong locations. I felt they they were only taking bigger financially lucrative washes.
Booked a star wash online. Really good value. Did a great job of my sandy/ kid chaos car.
Worst customer service ever. Do not come here ever again.
