Had a bad experience here today. Had parts broken inside my interior and was told it wasn’t me and had also laughed about the situation. Worst customer service and wouldn’t offer a resolution. Stay clear not an honest business
Terrible customer service and even worse at detailing cars. I left with a damaged mirror, the site owner contacted me after I made a formal complaint to the online customer service team. The site owner made contact requesting that I come in and he will repair the damaged passenger mirror. When I arrived he then stated it was wear and tear. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE WITH EITHER OF THE WESTFIELD GEELONG SITES!!!
Terrible experience, do not waste your time. I booked a 'Platinum Wash' one week in advance at Malop St, to arrive and be told I must upgrade to 'detail' service, which was over $100 extra. I went down the road to Magic Car Wash, who provided me with a full choice of options.
A fantastic job, over and above expectations. Thank you so very much.
