It took 2 hours for the $100 wash and polish, rather than the 1hr 30 mins promised. The car was clean but the polish wasn't great. Given the difficulty getting to the car wash site at Bondi Junction Westfield car park, the unexpected long delay and substandard polish, I won't be returning

Paid $72 for my SUV to be cleaned, interior and exterior. To be completely honest it was barely an average car wash. Interior was cleaned well, but few corners still with visible dirt. Exterior was cleaned ok, they left bird poo stains on the drivers side window, I had to bring it up afterwards (something like this should be cleaned without indication from a customer). Will I be coming back? Definitely not. Please check your car after the clean. I had to pull them up on several things.

Took a near-new car in for a basic wash and interior clean. There were just a few minor spill marks on the dash and door, some crumbs above the glovebox, and a bit of dust on the exterior, nothing major, just a quick tidy-up. Unfortunately, when I came back to inspect the car, I was shocked at how little had been done. It looked like they'd only done a light vacuum and a spray-down on the outside.
