I booked a car detail… before trading my car in. Star car wash did a fantastic job! Very thorough- clay bar treatment removed scuffs and scratches and my car looked brand new! Over and above service- exceeded my expectations!! Thanks to the team!!

I booked a Mini Detail service and it turned out to be the worst experience. When I collected the car, the bonnet no longer closed properly and now swings all the way back — an issue I had never had before. The branch manager, Noni, was defensive from the start, denied any responsibility, and even blamed the “age” of my car.
