BEWARE. I lodged a complaint with photos, called customer service, and was promised a return call that never happened. When I had to chase them up myself, they admitted the scratches were caused by a rubbing motion only to later send an email claiming the damage was “pre-existing.” Let’s be clear: none of these scratches were pre-existing. They look like someone went at the paintwork with steel wool. If you want to pay a company to ruin your car and then gaslight you about it, this is the place. Otherwise, steer well clear.
70 odd bucks to wash the car and when you point out it's still dirty "if you want clean more time, have to pay more money" Edit: the car was not particularly dirty. I paid for it to be cleaned, not 5mins of someone pointing a hose at it. Avoid this place
ALWAYS COME HERE! THE CAR IS LITERALLY "SQUEEKY CLEAN" ... AND IT WAS FILTHY. WHEELS, TYRES... PERFECT.
Took my car in for a clean yesterday and before exiting the vehicle, I left $100 in centre console. As I was leaving the carpark I realised this had been taken - advised manager, nothing was done. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
