Always a good wash and flexible customer service
Staff are so rude, swore at us and stole from the car.
Disappointed with the quality of hand carwash ... after $72 paid. Upon collecting the car, we noticed a black mark left on the outside of a passenger door and sand in grooves in door frames, so I informed a staff member. He came to clean the mark and wipe up the sand. As I drove home and with the sunlight we could see there is dust still on the dashboard.
It’s been a very disappointing experience unfortunately, my car still had marks inside though I chose their platinum car wash. I won’t take my car there ever. There were so many spots that were not cleaned properly and I was able to see it all as soon as I got out of parking.
