I dropped my car off at 12:45 PM and picked it up at 2:45 PM, but the service was very poor. The windscreen had water marks, the LCD screen and meter glass were oily, and there was rubbish inside the driver’s side door. When I asked about it, they said they don’t clean those areas. I paid $89 and got almost nothing in return. I could’ve done a better job myself at home. Not recommended at all.

I paid for the most expensive car wash option — $89 — and was extremely disappointed. The exterior of my car still had visible dust and stains, as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly at all. I politely asked them to clean the dirty areas again. Without a single word of apology, one of the staff members — a large man wearing a turban — carelessly wiped the area and said, “That’s good enough,” in a dismissive tone. Not impressed with the cleaning!! I paid $110 for cleaning but last seats were overlooked! May be staff needs training for quality delivery!
