⭐☆☆☆☆ – Unprofessional and Extremely Disappointing I had a terrible experience with Star Car Wash, and I feel it’s important to warn others. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed the middle console was open and wouldn’t close properly. I called over a worker, and we quickly discovered the clip that secures the console shut was missing. Paid 95 dollars for a inside and out I'm not happy as they left dirt and the tyre shine is no good certainly would not go back the tyre shine just does not shine properly I feel it a rushed job so I'll never be back and also noticed a big scratch on my left hand back door on the inside and wasn't there before so you need to be accountable for what you do to people's cars and should pay for damages that star car wash does
I paid for the standard wash and clean, a bit pricey I thought for $65, but they did a good job. I went purely out of laziness and now I regret it because my side mirror no longer works. My mirrors are power operated and don’t move manually, the driver side mirror no longer works. It worked perfectly prior to dropping off my car, I noticed it didn’t work once I had gotten home and the mirror itself was loose.
