Absolute joke. The “owner” is the least accountable, most dishonest person I have met in my life. They damaged my vehicle (broke my door handle) on my new car and denied it. I have tried to get this sorted for three weeks and have been continually lied to, ignored and frustrated by the lack of customer service. They have fogged me off several times. Don’t use this place.
I’ve used this car wash a few times because it was right under Watergardens shopping centre and it's convenient to just leave your car and run your errands while they clean it, and unfortunately, the quality has been inconsistent. Last year, I paid for a deep clean with steam cleaning for the seats, but they left soap residue behind—once it dried, there were noticeable white streaks across the seats and I had to go back and get it fixed.
