Love my shiny car
I have always been happy with the service at Star Car Wash Watergardens, which makes today’s experience even more disappointing. I dropped my car off at 10:30am and clearly explained that I needed it completed by 1:00pm because I had an appointment. I was assured this wouldn’t be a problem, giving them two and a half hours to complete the job. When I returned at 1:00pm, my car was still sitting in the wash bay. Unimpressed. My car looked good once done but their vouchers are nothing short of a rort. I bought the 5-pack of 2 full and 3 outside washes. They only honoured 4 of them, insisting they'd all been used. Twice the guy told me my vouchers were invalid because he'd typed the code wrong.....Plus when buying online it doesn't tell you the expiry until after purchase. Completely disorganised! Probably won't be going back.
They did such a good job, I honestly didn't think it was possible to get some of the stains out. Beyond impressed!
