Avoid! The guy immediately said $100 without even looking at the car because ‘the car was dirty on the outside’ - it wasn’t at all, it just had standard dust and was immaculate on the inside. It was also a Kia piccanto- the absolute smallest car. We pointed out that the detail was meant to be $55 and even with the ‘heavy soiling’ surcharge of $25, that still didn’t make $100. The guy kept repeating that it was dirty (THATS THE POINT OF A CAR WASH- and it really wasn’t bad at all). Absolute scammers. Just trying to overcharge... read more
I took my car to Star Car Wash at Top Ryde after letting things slide for a while. It wasn’t in terrible condition, but it definitely needed some attention. The team were professional from the moment I arrived. They asked the right questions, checked what I wanted, and made the whole drop-off easy. When I came back, the car looked spotless. They brought the paint back to life, the interior felt fresh, and the whole thing just looked cared for again. I was genuinely impressed. I’ll be returning.
